WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?

    No refunds or exchanges. All products expire at the end of the season they are purchased.

WHAT IF I MISSED THE PRICE DEADLINE?

    Unfortunately, we cannot roll back the pricing; however, the good news is our late pricing has decreased.

SHOULD MY VOYAGER TAKE LESSONS?

    Highly recommended! Lessons are a great way to help build confidence and learn slope safety.

IS A HELMET NECESSARY?

    While helmets are not required, they are absolutely recommended. Helmets are a great investment and are also available for purchase in our Vertical Outfitters retail shop.

WHEN IS THE STUDENT LIFT CARD VALID?

    Voyager begins the first week of January and runs for 5 consecutive weeks, ending in early February. Voyager products are not valid mid-week holidays (MLK and Presidents' Week) and are valid only on scheduled program days.

WHEN ARE VOYAGER CHAPERONE CARDS VALID?

    Chaperone cards are valid only on each of the 5 scheduled days of the program. Chaperone cards are not valid any other days.

ARE THERE ANY DEALS FOR VOYAGER FAMILIES?

    Yes! We want to help you make it easier for Voyagers and their families to enjoy the slopes together! All Voyager families are eligible for group rate ticket and rental pricing during the 5 weeks of the program. Visit our Groups Page for details.

COMPLIMENTARY PEAK PASS!? WHAT'S THE DEAL?

    A huge perk of the Voyager program is that all students participating are eligible for a FREE Explorer Youth Peak Pass just in time for New Hampshire school vacation week. Ski or ride anytime throughout the remainder of the season here at Crotched and see how many other Peak Resorts properties you can visit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE MISS A DAY?

    We make every effort to start the program as early in January as possible and complete it before Presidents' week but sometimes life gets in the way. Perhaps on one of your scheduled days it's 50 degrees below zero or Mother Nature blesses us with 3 feet of snow and busses won't run. Please know we will take care of you and make up that missed day as soon as possible, as a group, with all applicable rentals and lessons.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SEASONAL RENTAL AND SEASONAL LEASE?

    Seasonal rentals must remain at Crotched Mountain and may be used anytime during the season (excluding holiday periods). Seasonal lease equipment is yours for the season. You get to take it home and use it wherever you want for the season.
