SNOWSPORTS DIRECTOR: Crotched Mountain is currently accepting applications for a Snowsport Director. Applicant ideally maintains at least a PSIA or AASI Level III certification, and the candidate should have experience in a manager or supervisory role. Leadership skills, strong staff training talents, and experience with after school and children programs are some of the minimum requirements for this position. LIFT MAINTENANCE POSITIONS: Crotched Mountain is accepting multiple applications within the Lift Maintenance Department. Candidates should be a motivated, positive, individual with experience in all or some of the following qualifications; Experience with climbing, rigging, gearboxes, hydraulics, low voltage controls, relay technology, PLC controls, high voltage up to 480 VAC, ability to read schematics and experience with OSHA compliance. Prior lift maintenance experience with detachable lifts and a working knowledge of ANSI B77 codes is highly desirable. These positions would work with a very dynamic team, with on going training and continued education. These positions at a minimum would be seasonal full time with opportunities for full-time year round positions as well.

MECHANIC/SHOP ASSISTANT: Crotched Mountain is accepting applications for a Mechanic/Shop Assistant. Candidate should be a motivated, positive, individual with the following qualifications; Knowledge and background in all areas of heavy equipment, diesel engines, Complex hydraulic systems, Automotive repair, Small engine repairs, Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems, Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with vehicles and equipment, Will perform preventative maintenance on all equipment required to operate the ski resort, Maintain the security, safe-use, and cleanliness of all tools and the shop, Candidate will receive training on how to operate snow grooming equipment. Available to be on call 24 hours per day, Candidate must have the ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work regardless of winter weather/variable road conditions.
